finally, a day off!

well, i've been working for 12 freaking days straight, so i think i deserve a break. hell, i need a break, or i might just lose it and kill the next obnoxious middle aged woman who asks me a stupid question. speaking of work, what the hell is with all the creepy customers? Some guy came into the store today, bought tomato plants and told me that he was drunk! how random and weird is that? damn creepy old men!!!.... ps. ralph is back....... oy.
have i mentioned i have the weirdest tan ever? my hands and arms up to my elbows are tanned, and i have a tan where my sweater is, so i have a sweet V-neck farmer tan... oy.... gotta fixed before the cottage!

its cold...

i've been back at work a couple of days now, and its freaking cold!!!!! i think its a bad sign when your work has a wood burning stove going... IN MAY!!!! I'm dying here, wearing 4 layers to work isn't so great, i feel like a marshmallow. But some things are good; except for the cold, work is entertaining, all the crazies are back :) and i got to see the new baby today. Other than that not much to report here. I need a new book to read, so any suggestions anyone? I read just about anything, fiction, nonfiction, you name it.

Back on the Farm

Well, I'm back in caledon and I've already worked a full day. Its good to be back though, caledon east isn't the most exciting place in the world, so work is going to be good, seeing as I work with people who are fun, and I get to be outside lots. That will be great when it gets warm. There might be a little problem though... we're getting uniforms, well kinda. We're getting shirts. We've got big fuzzy sweaters now, which is sweet, since its cold, and i have to wear like five layers right now to keep warm. I mean, we even have the wood burning stove going. But later on in the summer, we're getting golf shirts, so... can you say FARMER TAN?? lets just hope that they're not an awful colour. But then again, i don't have to worry about getting my clothes dirty and wrecked at work anymore, and i don't have to look at me. And, everyone knows that I don't give a damn about how i look. There's one more thing: I might actually get the july long weekend off!!!! YAY I guess that's it for now, more updates to come later!
